You're going to hear it from me a lot, but any time anyone accepts a new job or position it is a big deal! We try very hard to communicate any movement within our organization so that the community and the rest of our district know who is taking what positions within our district. We want our staff to get fired up about the new role they are taking...and what better way than to share this information with thousands of our stakeholders. The coolest thing is that our community loves seeing this information, and usually responds with hundreds of likes, comments, and shares. Talk about pumping someone up for their first day in the new role!!
