When living in the midwest, one of the most highly-anticipated times of the year for our students is the county fair. During this week-long event, students of all ages have an opportunity to share their projects with others around the area. I would recommend that any school leader who has students participating in the week's events get to the fairgrounds and support your students. Attending last summer's events gave me the opportunity to meet many of our students and families, as well as learn more about their interests and passions. The County Fair Queen and Princess were both students from our high school!
