I've previously spoken about the Special Delivery we arrange on the first day of school to all of our new teachers/certified staff members, but I think this is worth revisiting. On the first day of school we work with the Tama Florist to send a South Tama County-themed gift to our newest hires. These plants that come with a pot with our school logo look great in classrooms and help show how excited we are for our new staff. I don't care who you are, there is something exciting about discovering you have a delivery waiting for you in the office!
