Starting a new job results in a several conflicting emotions for the new employee. One one hand, a new job is exciting and full of promise. On the other hand, starting a new job can create major anxiety and stress. We try to put our new employees at ease by showing how excited we are about them becoming a part of our team. Our Director of Curriculum and Student Services Shauna Smith came up with an idea of creating short bios of each of our new hires that were posted on district's social media pages. The overall feedback on these graphics were highly positive!
