At first glance, an organizational chart might not seem like a "culture hack." However, my experience has suggested that confusion over chain of command and "who reports to who" has resulted in tension, politics, and frustration. By simply putting names and positions down on paper, as well as detailing the chain of command, clarity is provided within any organization.
