Whenever we have a guest visitor come through our building or district, we always try to have something ready to give to them as a token of our appreciation. We find this is a great way to build relationships and strengthen our organizational culture. One the easiest things to do is to have a small supply of district-themed t-shirts on hand that you can give your visitors. Better yet, if you can get your guests to put on the t-shirt it could make for the perfect photo opportunity! The example below is when the CEO and other senior leadership from a local bank stopped by and we provided them with a "Homecoming" shirt (it just happened to be Homecoming week in our district). Note: One thing that can be tricky is sizes...so always have multiple sizes ready to go depending on your guest.
